Prospective authors are invited to submit papers on all related aspects within the conference sub-topics listed. ISOCEEN 2024 authors must submit their works through online form for abstract and web based platform at Morressier for full paper.
Accepted & Presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) subject to meeting EES’s scope and quality requirements. Other papers will be published in the International Journal of Offshore and Coastal Engineering (IJOCE), Hang Tuah Law Journal, Journal Denta Hang Tuah and Hang Tuah Medical Journal which is indexed by Sinta.
The web-based on-line conference system allows (as independent tracks) to submit:
- Full Papers,
- Presentation for Accepted papers.
Authors should prepare and submit full paper based on several considerations:
- Please follow this template and guidelines and convert it to a PDF file.
- Authors must prepare the full paper withing IOP EES and the conference scope.
- All articles must follow IOP author and ethical guidelines
- We allow up to 2 papers per author (including as co-authors) unless there is a legitimate reason to include more
- Authors need to ensure their paper do not overlap with other published paper.
- To avoid rejection, please check your paper to this peer review policy.

Log in/Sign up to your Morressier account and fill the required fields. Other way to submit your paper through “My Submission” on the profile badge > Papers > Submit your Paper.

- Abstract should recap the major important aspects of the whole paper and should not be more than 200 words.
- Please prepare 3 up to 5 keywords for further submission
- Template for abstract is available at this LINK.
- Abstract will be reviewed by the conference reviewers and editors to make sure that the papers are within the scope.
- Please submit the abstract through the form below.
- Presenters are required to submit the presentation deck on this link. The Presentation deck must be submitted in Power Point format. Here is the PPT Template designed by committee. It is not mandatory, but please include the ISOCEEN logo.
- Please rename the presentation deck file with Paper ID_Presenter’s Name_ The first 3 words of the paper’s title. (Example: 05_Abdullah Baredwan_Dynamic analysis of floating breakwater)
- The presentation must be delivered in English
- Rundown and presentation sequence will be announced through website. Please check our website for update.
Offline Presentation :
- The presenters / participant should be in the main room of ISOCEEN 2024 on the clock given on the rundown
- Participants are expected to wear neat and formal attire
- The presenters should have submitted the presentation file to the committee of ISOCEEN 2024 before the presentation begin
- The presentation must be delivered in English
- Each presenter is given 8 minutes of presentation and 4 minutes for Q&A session
- The technical committee will remind you when the presentation time is 1 minute left by ringing the bell one time. And when the presentation time is over, the bell will ring 3 times. Q&A session will end when the bell ringing 3 times
- The laptop and pointer for the presentation is provided with the technical committee.
- If anybody has the newest file for the presentation, you can give the file to the technical committee in the room.
Online Presentation :
- Online presentation is available on request at registration phase.
- The presenters / participant should be in the Zoom Meeting that already given that provided in the rundown of ISOCEEN 2024
- The presenters should be attend the zoom meeting’s room 10 minutes before the presentation begin
- Participants are expected to wear neat and formal attire
- The presenters should have submitted the presentation file to the committee of ISOCEEN 2024 before the presentation begin
- The presentation must be delivered in English
- The presenters must turn on the camera during the presentation session
- Each presenter is given 8 minutes of presentation and 4 minutes for Q&A session
- The technical committee will remind you when the presentation time is 1 minute left by ringing the bell one time. And when the presentation time is over, the bell will ring 3 times. Q&A session will end when the bell ringing 3 times

The conference editors will prepare your paper based on submitted final full paper. Authors will be contacted if there are mistakes regarding format, corrupted pictures, title and authors’ information. However, no major changes are allowed. Please keep checking the email from us to expedite the production process.
