It is a honor and pleasure to welcome you to the Joint Conference of 12th International Seminar on Ocean and Coastal Engineering, Environmental and Natural Disaster Management (ISOCEEN) with The 1st International Conference on Medicine, Marine Technology, and Social Science
(ICOMMES) on 27th September 2024. On behalf of the organizing committee of ISOCEEN 2024. I would like to warmly thank all the authors who, with their presentations, generously contributed to the lively exchange of scientific information that is so vital to the endurance of scientific conferences of this kind. Special thanks are also due to all keynote speakers and all committees for the efforts in preparing the manuscripts and managing the sessions, respectively. The theme of Seminar is “Development of Marine Medicine, Social Science, and Environmental Technology for a Sustainable Blue Economy”. It will be interesting and useful for many engineers and scientists whose activities are related to research and solving problems in the marine, maritime, hydrodynamics, oil and gas, as well as Ocean and coastal area development also on marine medicine. Again, we welcome you to the Joint Conference.. Hopefully you can take part and be able to enjoy the seminar hosted by the Department of Ocean Engineering, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember and Hang Tuah University
